Off/Sides Segment - February 29, 2012
NASCAR segment for Off/Sides, a student-produced TV show at Boston University that covers professional sports. This piece details the efforts of Daytona International Speedway’s safety crew to repair the track and restart February 27’s Daytona 500 after an incident between a car and a jet dryer led to a major fire.
This was my first time arranging a (mostly bare) set, working a camera, and shooting footage by myself. This was my third experience editing a feature in Final Cut Pro (both other experiences also came in February 2012).
